Care Ministries
We show the love of Jesus by caring for and serving the needs of those in our church in practical ways.
Meals Team
This team provides meals to those with a new baby, those recovering from a medical procedure, a life-altering event, etc.
There is a separate team that provides meals to the First Friday volunteers.
FAQs
How often will I be asked to make meals?
When a meal is requested, the team is notified. You may sign up for as many meals as you would like to.
Where do I deliver the meal?
Meals are most often delivered to the home, but sometimes other arrangements are made.
Does the meal need to be homemade?
No. For example, you could purchase a rotisserie chicken, salad bag, rolls, and side dish at the grocery store.
Helping Hands
Are you a handyman or do you possess other practical skills? This team offers hands-on assistance to those in need. (Home repairs, moving, lawn care, auto care, transportation, tutoring, etc.)
Helping Hands offers a "potluck" of hands-on gifts to the Grace Church Family! This team can reduce the burden for those who are physically unable to accomplish certain tasks or might ask for extra support in an area such as tutoring.
When a need is received, the team is notified and those who can meet the need are connected with the person in need. Sometimes, a team is created to meet a need.
Financial Coaching
